I was checking for an email on the internet when I have notice an ads showing foods and how much nutrients it has. I also had seen some information that there are foods on the Boston restaurants and ready to serve food that is not that healthy especially for kids. That is why I decided to search for the foods that we often eat on the restaurant every weekends. It is our family every weekend and we always eat and dine on some restaurants as a part of the family bonding. Before I use to think that the food that they are serving was safe, safe because they had passed the department of health and been issued for a license to serve food. But as what I have read the risk on health was on handling and also on serving. Even if they had passed the health department still you cannot always be sure about the safety of the food. So I did try to find some menu online and Boston restaurant guide to see the list of the foods that was being serve on some restaurant. I did search on some Chinese restaurants and the Mexican Restaurant, good thing that our favorite restaurant had their reviews and menus online, I have seen that their menu was safe and healthy, I can rest assure that I am still giving my kids healthy food even if it is cooked on restaurant.
