Today’s economy has forced the home business professional to take a serious look at marketing strategies and business opportunities that maximize their incomes to make money from home. Gone are the days of building a business by trying to recruit hundreds of people into a traditional MLM or network marketing business model, where each person has to maintain a minimum auto-ship of a few bucks, and hope a group of distributors can be amassed in time to make a sufficient income to live on.
Home business professionals are more aware of the restraints people have on them today financially and need to look at opportunities, that provide key elements for immediate success when prospecting and recruiting others as prospective business partners. The marketing strategy that any entrepreneur develops to succeed in today’s marketplace, revolves around these three integral components that must be present in order for it to work.

System: Today’s business model, must include a system to share an opportunity clearly with others and automatically provide all needed information and answer the majority of questions for a person looking at a the prospective business opportunity. Most people don’t know how to sell, or even want to sell, and are not willing to take the time out to learn how to, or become comfortable doing so.
If a prospective business does not include an automated lead capture system, that will attract potential candidates, looking for an opportunity, funnel them through a marketing system that includes the technology that explain the majority of the details about the opportunity for you, automatically closes the sale, and then pays you immediately, then its not the right model to participate in. Granted you may need to do some work, but more as a tour guide, guiding them through a tour, versus a high pressure sales person, going in for the kill. A business model that has a system that is replicated for everyone will almost guarantee each individuals chances for success.
2. Compensation: With today’s economy, rising prices, and uncertainty of the US dollar, any business model worth looking at must provide a handsome compensation plan, with top tier commissions which are paid immediately to the distributor. To coin a phrase that is popular, sharing a business where you “GET PAID TODAY” is a pre-requisite for immediate success and retention or prospective business partners in any home based business.
No one wants to wait to get paid, after working hard to drive traffic to their business, and promote a company or brand, or service, or product, and making a sale, wondering when the their pay will be rewarded. Credit card carriers, bill collectors, utility companies, grocery stores, mortgage payments, retailers, and gas stations don’t say come back in 30 to 45 days and pay us when you get paid. NO….. its a get paid now society and capitalistic economic system. No money, no stuff!
3. Training: Companies that have a great website, all the great video’s and flashy graphics, but do not provide any training or support are dead in the water. Most people will want some education on how to market, instruction on the products and services, ongoing support and development, in order to succeed. With today’s global marketplace, this must be provided, 24/7 so that all distributors from around the world have access to the same resources to market and train, in real time with minimal effort to access the necessary systems to grow a successful business. Any opportunity that is going to attempt to rely strictly on the marketers own ability to support their team and grow will be out of business in no time flat.
Marketing strategies that are created for any business opportunity which do not include all three of these components in it s model will eventually frustrate the most savvy entrepreneurs and they will move on to another opportunity once they see the failure without one or more of these components.
